Cards

13 Exercises for Cards

2 - Plank - 1 min
3 - Plank - touch each shoulder 5 times with opposite hand
4 - Plank - touch each shoulder 5 times with opposite knee
5 - Plank - 6 dips to each side
6 - Bicycle - 2 seconds down - 6 times each foot
7 - Butt-up - lift legs and butt into the air from your back 8 times
8 - Twisties - sit up "up" position, twist and touch ground on each side 6 times
8 - Lunges - 8 lunges each leg
8 - Leg swings - swing each leg forward and back 5 times, then swing each side-to-side 5 times
9 - Squat jumps - 8 squat jumps
10 - Straight sit up - ten crunches/sit ups (if you have a partner, one holds others legs aloft, then switch)
J - Push up - 10 Hearts - basic (2 sec up/down); Diamonds - Diamondhands; Clubs - fists; Spades - Clap
Q - Tricep press
K - Ball Pushup - pushup with one arm on soccer ball, then push yourself to the side and use other arm on next
A - Stretch - Hearts - Quads/calves; Diamonds - Hammies/ankles; Clubs - Groin/arms; Spades - hips
